Private Sessions
Services Include:
• Single sessions - $85/hour, adults and children
• House-calls for special circumstances
Hours of Operation:
Tuesday - 1:00 - 8:30
Friday - 12:30-5:00
Sunday - As needed
The First Session
I will ask you fill out a short intake form and sign the consent. From there we will spend a short while going over the intake form and discussing what brought you and then move on to the bodywork component of the session. During this part of the session; you will be able relax on the table; fully-clothed. Typically face-up, but occassionally on your stomach and/or side as I use various techniques from Polarity Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy to address your concerns.
Loose fitting clothes are generally the most comfortable to wear during a session. There is a bathroom available if you would like to change once you've arrived.
